Frank W. D'Alessio, President
Frank began his career in IT Services with RCA Computer Systems in 1967 and moved on to become one of the founders of Maintech. With over 40 years of IT Services industry experience, Frank's hands-on technology knowledge and highly focused business development expertise has guided Maintech to success. He has always endorsed a simple axiom of the service business: "To be successful requires a clear, unwavering market focus, a strong brand identity, and a commitment to concentrating resources, both intellectual and capital." With that guidance from Frank, Maintech has become recognized as a world class Independent Services Organization (ISO) delivering IT Infrastructure Services to the most demanding clients around the globe.
Frank was named Chief Operating Officer of Maintech in 1988 and rose to the office of President in 1990. He is an active member of a number of IT Industry trade associations, and is a recognized speaker at trade conferences. Frank is a former Chairman of the Board of the Service Industry Association (SIA) and remains active with that organization in its quest to level the playing field for all ISOs.
