Our Network Operations Centers (NOC) are located in Wallington, New Jersey and Orange, California. These locations provide real time monitoring of your installed product base 24 hours a day. The NOC technicians are highly skilled Tier 2 diagnosticians able to trouble shoot and resolve issues as they are identified. And they can work hand-in-hand with your support organization to prioritize events.

Our Command and Control Center (CCC) in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania operates in parallel with our NOCs and acts as the event coordination center. The CCC keeps all parties aware of escalation requirements, SLA metrics, technical resource availability and Logistics status. The CCC sees events as they are reported or noticed and manages escalation and notification in accordance with scripts you develop in advance with Maintech. From the moment an event occurs until it is resolved to the satisfaction of all, you have real-time, web enabled access to the participation of all parties including maintenance providers, carriers, client IT organizations, etc.
