Maintech is pleased to announce the accelerated expansion of its United Kingdom operations. The expansion is driven by the award of a major Data Center Services contract from a global brokerage firm. Concurrent with this expansion and with a considerable international growth forecast, Maintech launched Maintech Europe Limited to foster its European operations.
Frank D’Alessio, President of Maintech, had this to say: “Over the last five years Maintech has enjoyed dynamic growth in its Remote Managed Services and Data Center Services lines of business. Opportunities created by global IT initiatives from our clients and partners in the Banking and Brokerage marketplace have strengthened our international profile. We are confident that our success as a highly focused domestic IT Infrastructure Services provider will serve us well as we expand internationally.”
The services offered by Maintech Europe Limited will mirror those already offered in the U.S. including Remote Managed Services, Data Center Services and Desktop Services. In addition, Maintech plans to deploy Network Operations Centers (NOC) in London for its European clients and Bangalore for its Asia/Pacific clients as hubs of its hemispheric service delivery strategy. Each NOC will be in a redundant pair with an existing NOC in Orange, California or Wallington, New Jersey. Staffed with an experienced team of engineers and program managers, and coupled with Maintech’s operations processes and knowledge management infrastructure, Maintech Europe Limited is prepared to deliver world class IT Infrastructure Services.

Maintech attends Gartner IT Outsourcing and Vendor Management Summit at National Harbor, MD.
For the second year in a row, Maintech has participated in the Gartner IT Outsourcing and Vendor Management Summit. As a Silver Sponsor for the event, Maintech had a booth on the Solutions Showcase floor and had the opportunity to explain our capabilities to a highly qualified population of attendees. Having attended the same Summit in Grapevine, TX last year Maintech saw this particular venue as the most appropriate forum to get our message out to the IT community.
“This event gives us a chance to get in front of a great cross section of IT managers in both the commercial and government space and to let them know all about Maintech’s capabilities and service offerings”, expressed Bill Rudowitz-Director of Business Development for Maintech.” While the traffic is not in the 1,000’s at this event, those attendees are truly qualified as they are basically here for the purpose of seeking out outsourcing partners for one function or another”.
The event was attended by over 1,100 prospective clients and over 50 vendors and was held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

Maintech constructed a new 18 seat multimedia training center upon receiving AATC status. The new classroom hosted the first Maintech training class in February with a full schedule of classes slated out through the summer.

Maintech included in The Gartner MarketScope for Data Center Outsourcing, North America, 2007:
Maintech was included in the recently published Gartner MarketScope for Data Center Outsourcing, North America, 2007. This MarketScope is an update of the 2006 data center outsourcing MarketScope for North America. It discusses 17 vendors, each with more than $50 million in annual revenue for data center services. The overall market is rated, as well as each individual vendor.
This is the first time Maintech has been included in a Gartner Marketscope or Magic Quadrant and marks a significant milestone in the market recognition of Maintech’s capabilities.
The rating of promising was reached based upon the fact that Maintech is the only vendor considered in this paper that does not provide Data Center hosting among the list of services it provides. However, Maintech does provide all of the balance of the services listed within the scope of the criteria for inclusion.
